Most people can drink 3–4 cups (710–950 ml) of tea daily without adverse effects, but some may experience side effects at lower doses.

I personally drink about 4 cups of tea every day, a variety of teas such as early grey, green, chamomile, and turmeric tea.

Regularly drinking tea has been linked to a healthier and longer life, improved heart health and reduced risk of stroke, better oral health, improved memory, and even weight loss.

Overall the benefits far outweigh the negatives of drinking too much tea each day. However, be sure to remember that moderation is key!
